Based on the obligations under the ESPOO Convention, the Hungarian Ministry of Energy has submitted a notification to the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia regarding the planned project for the construction of a highway (2 x 2 lanes), a new border crossing and a complex rest area, in the town of Tompe, near the state border with the Republic of Serbia and the M9 motorway. 

In this regard, the Ministry of Environmental Protection of the Republic of Serbia informs the public and interested bodies and organizations that the complete documentation regarding the environmental impact assessment for the project in question is available on the official website of the Ministry(HERE).

The interested public can inspect the documentation (notification) at the premises of the Ministry of Environmental Protection in New Belgrade, Omladinskih brigada 1, office 428 every working day from 11 am to 1 pm and submit their opinion within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.
